Meet the Gravotouch LS100. Downtown Walnut Creek Ace Hardware’s laser engraving machine offers quick, easy personalization any time you want. This service will be your go-to gift source for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and more.
You will find our engraving machine and all engravable merchandise in the back of the store on aisle 13. Simply choose a product, scan it, and pick a layout. There are 16 fonts and over 500 images to choose from. When you are pleased with your creation, locate an employee who can finish the process. Feel free to ask if you need help from the start; we are happy to guide you.
If you want to engrave an image we do not have, send a Vector image in a PDF format to orderdesk@wcace.com. This capability has been very popular with companies and organizations looking to put their logo on products. Our vendor for engravable merchandise carries plaques that we can order too. We recommend contacting us a month in advance to ensure that merchandise arrives and is engraved on time. For any large orders, feel free to call ahead to discuss pricing, timespan, and quantity.
Pricing varies based on the product that is going to be engraved. Engraving fees are $5.00, $10.00, and $15.00, depending on the item’s size. This service is only for our engravable merchandise. We cannot engrave anything that customers bring in.
Estimated Wait: The length of time is based on the item’s size and the engraved details. It can range from under one minute to around forty minutes. Call or text us to find out how long specific items will take to complete. If you can’t wait, we will hold the item until you can pick it up.
