Downtown Walnut Creek Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase and proof of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

If an item was bought, and then found to be damaged, we will replace it for you at no extra charge.

Some Items such as clothing, power tools, electronic components, and products missing packaging are exceptions to the general policy and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Clearance items are final sale. Seasonal items, mixed paint, ladders, plungers, snakes/augers, fuses, cut to length items (chain, tubing, etc.) and gift cards are not returnable.
