Loubier Gourmet
Loubier Gourmet, owned by Michael Loubier, is located in Benicia, California. After 18 years in the food industry, Loubier opened his own BBQ restaurant in the Bay Area. However, after he lost both of his parents within one year, he found himself wanting to do more with his passion. The outcome was Loubier Gourmet, a company that honors his parents and his love for BBQ. Loubier is an award winning brand dedicated to creating delicious products that are made with natural ingredients.
Oakland Dust
Oakland Dust was inspired by Lloyd Ross’ childhood memories of Flint’s BBQ. What was once a Sunday tradition has since led to a successful business of tasty sauces and rubs. BBQ has always been Ross’ passion, but after running various Bay Area restaurants he decided to try his hand at the business. Oakland Dust, named after the city he was born and raised in, was the outcome. Lloyd Ross has experimented, and continues to experiment, with an array of spice combinations in order to form the flavorsome line that he is now known for.
Rob's Smokin' Rub
Rob’s Smokin’ BBQ is the outcome of Rob Ryan’s kitchen experiments in Manteca, CA. Rob, a longtime BBQ lover, eventually decided to make his own mixes. Testing ensued until Rob felt his product could hold its own in local BBQ competitions. When success came he knew it was time to create a brand. The name came easily, but it took a few beers to figure out the frog logo. Rob explains, “Why, you may ask, a Frog? ‘Cuz everyone knows a frog says, “Rub-it, Rub-it” and that is exactly what you do with a dry rub and meat.” As of today, all of Rob’s sauces have won awards in BBQ competitions.
Tsalt Seasonings
Tsalt Seasonings is a Napa based company owned by Cole and Tsatsaa Campi. The couple believes that cooking and eating meals with loved ones is the key to happiness, and they are happy to help with their line of tasty products. They began with five blends made with Mongolian Rock Salt: Chicken Lickin’, Golden Steak, Mongol, Sweet Chipotle and Taco the Town. Since then this creative duo has made a line of wine infused salt seasoning blends using Napa Valley wine. Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Rosé, Pinot Noir, and Red blends have formed this collection of unique, distinctly delicious flavors.
